Location: Horsham
Salary: Up to 45,000 basic salary with OTE 90,000
Bonus Scheme: Uncapped commission and enticing bonus scheme

The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the life sciences sector, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-calibre candidates in a variety of roles within the industry. From research and development to regulatory affairs and sales, you will work closely with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements that meet the needs of both parties.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and assess candidates for a wide range of roles within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and achieve targets.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice and guidance to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the life sciences sector.

• Proven track record of success in recruitment, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.

• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
