The role


You'll join our structured training pathway and learn full-cycle recruitment across key life sciences functions (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Market Access, and more). From day one you'll be sourcing candidates, qualifying roles, managing interview processes, and contributing to client delivery on UK, EU and US mandates--backed by modern tools, a warm candidate network and hands-on mentorship.


What you'll doo Source, screen and shortlist life sciences talent across multiple geographieso Write compelling adverts and outreach messages; manage pipelines in our CRM/ATSo Schedule interviews, prep candidates, gather feedback and help close offerso Market-map priority niches and build talent communitieso Contribute to proposals, pitch decks and research for client projects


About youo Early-career / graduate or career-changer; evidence of achievement in academics, sales, customer success or sports/teamso Curiosity about Pharma/Biotech/MedTech and a genuine interest in peopleo Resilient, organized, coachable; strong written & verbal communicationo Right to work in the UK; able to commute to Manchester on hybrid basis
