EWI Recruitment is looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our London-based team and specialise in the thriving Nordics Civil Engineering market, covering Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
From our central London office, you'll connect top-tier engineering talent with leading infrastructure and construction firms across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to build an international recruitment desk with the support of a well-established brand.
What you'll do:

• Build and manage a network of civil engineering professionals across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway
• Develop strong relationships with clients in the Nordic infrastructure and construction sectors
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Stay up to date with market trends and major project developments in the Nordics
• Collaborate with a high-performing, international team

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment or sales (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) are a plus
• Interest in the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors
