What You'll Be Doing

Finding the best talent - Sourcing, screening, and matching Norwegian-speaking candidates with exciting opportunities. Building relationships - Getting to know both clients and candidates to truly understand their needs. Driving business growth - Identifying new clients and business opportunities within the Norwegian energy sector. Managing the full recruitment process - From initial contact to interview coordination and offer negotiation. Collaborating with our UK team - Learning from experienced recruiters and helping to establish Applica's footprint in Norway. Shaping the future - With the potential to lead recruitment efforts in Norway, this role offers serious career progression.

What We're Looking For

Fluent in Norwegian and English. A social, outgoing personality - you love connecting with people and building relationships. A business development mindset - someone who spots opportunities and takes initiative. A graduate or student looking to kickstart their career in recruitment. Based in Manchester (or willing to relocate) - we want someone who can thrive in our city-centre office.
