What You'll Do

Headhunt and engage top talent across the children's residential and social care sector using proactive sourcing and cold calling. Pitch opportunities and guide candidates through each stage of their recruitment journey. Build strong client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs. Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Grow your personal brand on LinkedIn and other social platforms. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every candidate has a great experience. Collaborate with your team to share knowledge, celebrate success, and achieve targets.

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience as a Recruitment Consultant (or similar 360 recruitment role) - essential Experience in social care or healthcare recruitment - preferred Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills Resilient, driven, and results-focused -- you love hitting goals and making placements Organised multitasker with a proactive attitude Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed CV Search, or CRM systems

What You'll Get

Competitive Base Salary:

24,420 - 30,000 (DOE)

Uncapped Commission:

Realistic OTE 37,500 - 40,000+
