We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Clients growing team, specialising in White Collar Perms across professional, technical, and corporate sectors. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions that drive long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent white-collar positions, from job brief through to candidate placement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, developing a deep understanding of business needs, company culture, and hiring objectives.
  • Actively source, screen, and interview candidates, using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Provide expert consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment best practices.
  • Write compelling job advertisements and manage responses to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM and ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Work towards and achieve individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities and supporting marketing or networking initiatives.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within white-collar Construction.
  • Demonstrated success in 360 permanent placements.
  • Strong ability to build and manage client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Confident working autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
