We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic human resources team on an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with the opportunity to become permanent.
This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, fostering positive relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Duties
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Utilise applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidates and job openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and lead generation efforts to attract top talent.
Assist in the preparation of recruitment materials and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and assist in reporting for HR initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience of internal recruitment or RPO environments preferred.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS platforms advantageous.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all recruitment processes are executed efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Onboarding and referencing experience advantageous.
