Job Description

We are seeking two Recruitment Coordinator's to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while contributing directly to the continued success of our business.


The successful candidates will bring energy, curiosity, and a passion for people. You will play an active role in the full recruitment cycle across all departments, ensuring we attract and engage the very best talent. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will also contribute to delivering a world-class employee experience and enhancing Hanson Wade's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:



Drafting compelling job adverts and coordinating vacancy postings Monitoring and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (Team Tailor) Reviewing and evaluating candidate CVs Proactively sourcing and contacting potential candidates, conducting first-stage phone interviews Participating in selection interviews with hiring managers Upholding company guidelines and best practice to support diverse and inclusive hiring Supporting employer branding by suggesting creative improvements to how Hanson Wade is perceived by potential candidates Managing and optimising our presence on social media platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn) Ensuring our careers page and job board profiles remain engaging and up to date Maintaining a consistent and professional tone of voice in all candidate communications, including with unsuccessful applicants

Requirements:



A 2:1 degree classification Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines Willingness to take ownership, demonstrate initiative, and embrace additional responsibility Genuine enthusiasm for Hanson Wade and a keen interest in shaping our employee experience

Salary 27,000 + annual bonus
