Job Summary:



The recruitment co-ordinator supports the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience for candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on CV screening, coordination of interviews, compliance documentation, and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition from application to start.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



Recruitment Administration and Coordination



Posting job adverts on all relevant platforms Screen incoming CV's and applications to shortlist suitable candidates against job requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Communicate interview details, feedback and next steps in a timely and professional manner Prepare and issue offers, letters, contracts and onboarding documents Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed, including right to work, references, DBS checks, Health Declarations Manage onboarding documentations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Update systems with all documents to ensure an accurate and confidential staff record is created.

Stakeholder & Candidate Liaison



Act as a point of contact between candidate and hiring manager Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment process Provide regular updates on recruitment process and candidate pipeline Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

Qualification and Experience



Essential



Previous experience in Recruitment/HR administration or similar administrative role Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level), Word, and Outlook Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of accuracy Excellent communication skills for employee interaction and support Understanding of confidentiality requirements in HR environments 'Can do' attitude when required to provide support in a fast paced, dynamic and occasionally unpredictable environment Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressured environment Knowledge of recruitment practices Discreet and professional when handling confidential information

Desirable



Experience managing onboarding and compliance documentation Experience with HRIS systems or similar database management Previous experience in a healthcare environment

Pay: 27,851.20 per year
