Responsibilities: Manage job postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communications.
Partner with hiring managers across multiple airports to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
Provide clear, supportive communication throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
Travel regularly between Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds Bradford Airports and Runcorn to support recruitment activities.
Represent Swissport at job fairs, interviews, and recruitment events.
Keep recruitment records accurate and up-to-date using applicant tracking systems.
Ensure hiring practices align with employment law and Swissport policies. Support onboarding with right-to-work checks and induction coordination.
Qualifications: Background in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles--aviation or logistics sector experience is a plus.
Proactive, growth-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle--travel is essential.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-driven and capable of juggling multiple recruitment processes.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms.
Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
