Main Responsibilities

:

+ Support the co-ordination and management of the recruitment and selection process + Work with recruiting managers to ensure job descriptions are prepared in line with Fletchers guidance
+ Manage headcount approval requests which trigger the recruitment process
+ Support hiring managers with reviewing CVs and job applications
+ Upload vacancies to and manage applications within Fletchers Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
+ Manage online recruitment portals (including job centre, job boards etc)
+ Support our relationships with recruitment agencies
+ Manage our Careers website, ensuring content is up to date and relevant to the candidates we are looking to attract
+ Produce reports on recruitment statistics from internal data and external sources
+ Manage and monitor internal tracking documents
+ Co-ordinate diaries to arrange interviews with candidates and recruiting managers
+ Communicate with candidates to advise them of progress and outcomes of applications at each stage
+ Attend events such as recruitment fairs and careers events

Essential Skills and Experience:



+ Strong administrative experience, ideally (but not necessarily) gained in a Recruitment or HR environment + A strong interest in developing a career in HR or Recruitment
+ Positive, can-do approach with a proactive attitude to work
+ Excellent people and customer service skills being able to build positive relationships with a diverse range of applicants and people right across the business
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
+ Experience of uploading text/advertisements to websites would be ideal (but full training and support will be given on the specific sites we use)
+ Ability to record and analyse data accurately and present findings
+ Ability to work independently and challenge our current practices where necessary
