From 26,000 an upwards (depending on experience)

Main Duties and Responsibilities.



Liaising with the Scheduler and the Management Team with regard CareGiver recruitment requirements Placing job advertisements, online, social media and within the local community or as appropriate to the role Dealing with vacancy enquiries, following up with potential candidates and collating the results to support the interview process Shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting phone screenings and face-to-face interviews Ensuring all applicant paperwork is fully completed as per Right at Home UK and statutory requirements, and is signed and countersigned. Checking of all ID documents against application paperwork and applying for Enhanced DBS documents for all applicants and tracking the progress of each application where required Record and manage the source and sustainability of all CareGivers to support recruitment and retention strategies Participate in the OnCall rota Supporting the new team members to settle into the new role focusing on retention Building good relationships with the existing care team and engage as a proactive supervisor, and supporting the team with day to day issues Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms Managing applicant tracking and shortlisting candidates Conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring compliance with recruitment checks Carrying out DBS applications and reference checks Keeping detailed and accurate recruitment records Building relationships in the local community to support long-term recruitment Participate in the OnCall rota Providing admin support across HR and team communications

What you will need:



Experience of working in care industry, preferably in supervisory roles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office and confidence using online systems

Ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload

Willingness to speak with candidates outside normal working hours if required

Experience using an ATS or recruitment platform
