Role Overview
As our Resourcing and Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you'll be at the heart of our project delivery engine--ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time. You'll work closely with project managers, hiring leads, and external partners to source, coordinate, and onboard top talent for our consultancy and project-based work. You will also be supporting our directors with some diary management from time to time.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing end-to-end resourcing for client projects
Coordinating recruitment efforts across multiple roles and timelines
Working with recruitment agencies and leveraging LinkedIn to source candidates
Screening CVs and scheduling interviews
Maintaining a pipeline of skilled professionals aligned with project needs
Collaborating with internal teams to forecast resourcing requirements
Supporting onboarding and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Supporting Directors with Meeting Bookings and Diary management
What We're Looking For
Experience in IT consultancy or project-based staffing
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Confident using LinkedIn and working with recruitment agencies
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A proactive, organised, and people-focused mindset
