Overview



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process, managing various aspects of talent acquisition and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of recruiting practices, including technical recruiting and campus recruitment.

Responsibilities



Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize various applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment efforts. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements. Engage in talent management activities to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Implement innovative sourcing strategies through social media management and cold calling to attract top talent. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within HRIS systems like Paychex, ADP, or Kronos. Support executive recruiting initiatives by identifying high-caliber candidates for leadership positions. Assist in employee orientation and training & development programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization. Foster relationships with potential candidates through effective relationship management techniques.

Experience



Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting or internal recruiting preferred. Familiarity with employment & labor law as it pertains to the hiring process. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts and employee evaluations effectively. Experience with HR sourcing methods and tools. Demonstrated ability in lead generation and succession planning within an organizational context. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively. A background in sales or campus recruitment is a plus.
