Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading FMCG business, based in Wrexham, who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of a high volume of vacancies.

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Coordinating both internal and external recruitment as guided by the HR Manager
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions, qualifications, and content for advertisements.
• Publishing job vacancies on various job boards, media platforms, and social media channels.
• Identifying and screening suitable job candidates.
• Arranging interview schedules.
• Conducting initial telephone interviews for operational recruitment campaigns.
• Extending employment offers and organising necessary paperwork.
• Delivering the company\'s initial induction program to large groups of new hires.
• Compiling recruitment reports for the HR Department.
• Taking part in recruitment events
• Managing a variety of administrative tasks with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
• Assisting in identifying recruitment-related challenges and implementing enhancements to the recruitment process on an ongoing basis.

The successful Recruitment Coordinator will have:

• A proven track record within a similar role
• High proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and prominent job platforms such as Indeed, TotalJobs, and Social Media
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and legislation
