Recruiter / Crewing Coordinator
to join our team and support the delivery of top-tier talent to the subsea and marine sectors. This is a dual-role opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to both recruiting and crewing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for offshore and onshore roles within subsea, marine, and energy sectors
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various platforms and methods
Build and maintain talent pipelines for upcoming projects and client needs
Coordinate crew logistics, travel, and certification compliance for mobilisations
Maintain and update internal databases and candidate records
Liaise with clients and project managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Ensure all crewing activities are compliant with industry and client-specific standards
Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in recruitment or crewing within the
subsea
,
marine
, or
offshore energy
industry (in-house or agency)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and take initiative
Familiarity with industry certifications and mobilisation processes is a plus
Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools
