Are you passionate about recruitment and employer branding in a dynamic, hands-on environment? At our new logistics site, you'll take ownership of recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of roles - from warehouse operatives to commercial leadership positions. You'll ensure a smooth hiring process, support our employer brand, and build strong partnerships to attract and retain the right talent for our site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across operational and commercial functions
Create and publish job ads on relevant platforms and manage sourcing channels
Support employer branding initiatives and internal communications campaigns
Prepare recruitment-related data, reports and statistics for HR and management
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, agencies, and local institutions
Ensure full compliance with right-to-work checks and data accuracy in all records

Requirements
Proven experience managing recruitment projects, ideally in logistics, manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment
Confident in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards and digital sourcing tools
Skilled in sourcing and selecting both high-volume and specialist profiles using a variety of recruitment strategies
Experience supporting soft HR initiatives such as onboarding and employee engagement
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on and proactive mindset
Comfortable working with data, KPIs and reporting tools to monitor and improve recruitment performance
A university degree in HR, Business or a related field is a plus*
