We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier candidates for executive and specialised roles across various departments. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills. The Executive Recruiter will play a vital part in shaping our organisation's talent pipeline and supporting organisational growth through effective relationship management and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-calibre candidates through various channels including social media management, job boards, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough screening of applicants to assess suitability based on role requirements and organisational culture fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Leverage CRM tools for candidate relationship management and tracking recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with HR teams to understand workforce planning needs and develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in human resources, talent acquisition practices, and employment legislation.
Assist in employer branding initiatives by engaging with potential candidates via social media platforms and professional networks.
Qualifications
Proven experience in executive search or recruitment within a human resources environment (Preferred but not mandatory).
Fresh Graduates looking to join this space are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with social media management for talent sourcing purposes.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques specific to recruitment processes.
