The HICA Group is a 'not for profit' organisation and one of the largest providers of care in the area. We are currently seeking a HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our well-established and friendly HR team!
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional with experience in the full 360 recruitment life cycle, who is up to date on employment legislation, including Right to Work and HR compliance, and can manage high-volume recruitment processes at pace.
This position offers flexibility, and we may consider adjusted working hours, such as 9 am - 3pm. It is based at Hesslewood Park, close to the Humber Bridge, providing a supportive and welcoming workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the
Recruitment & HR Coordinator & HR Business Partner
, you will oversee essential HR and recruitment administration, ensuring efficient management of hiring processes:
Lead high-volume recruitment administration, supporting applicant tracking and hiring processes.
Process employee variations via a HRIS platform, tracking approvals, processing changes, issuing variation letters to confirm updates, and maintaining an organised variation spreadsheet.
Collaborate with the wider HR & Payroll team to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate employment record management.
Manage and approve job requisitions using an ATS system, advertising roles on platforms such as Find a Job, Indeed, company websites, and other job boards.
Manage candidate responses, conduct pre-screening calls, and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process while adhering to process timescales.
Provide data on SLAs, analyse advert performance, and make recommendations for improvements--then action them effectively.
Maintain live recruitment trackers on SharePoint and ATS, ensuring compliance and accurate data management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, Right to Work legislation, and pre-employment screening.
Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, managers, and stakeholders.
Manage onboarding & offer documentation, supporting the wider HICA Group with induction coordination.
Proactively engage with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies.
Audit recruitment files to ensure HR compliance.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in the full 360 recruitment cycle, including applicant screening and hiring processes.
Proficiency with ATS recruitment tracking systems and prior experience working with a HRIS.
Strong knowledge of Right to Work legislation and HR compliance, ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Ability to work at pace, managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining professionalism.
Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills, providing a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Confidence in collaborating with hiring managers and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, able to identify potential issues and collaborate accordingly to flag and resolve risks.
A positive attitude and professional demeanour, bringing enthusiasm and a solutions-focused mindset to the role.
