This is a full-time, permanent role, office-based. Location: N1, London.

Duties



Recruitment & Safer Recruitment



Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring all processes meet safer-recruitment and regulatory standards. Coordinate with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and efficient recruitment experience, including scheduling interviews and supporting selection processes. Utilise the ATS to track candidates, update records, and maintain accurate recruitment data. Promote job vacancies through social media and other channels using social media management tools to strengthen employer branding. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure all new starters complete required vetting, documentation and induction steps.

Compliance & Data Management



Monitor expiring documents (DBS, right-to-work, training certificates etc.) and take proactive action to maintain full compliance. Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Support HRIS management, including data entry, reporting, and system updates. Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, onboarding paperwork, and employment letters.

HR Administration & Support



Provide administrative support to the Head of Talent, including updating HR databases and supporting day-to-day HR operations. Support internal communication to ensure messages are delivered effectively across all levels of the organisation. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.

Experience



Proven experience in Recruitment/ human resources administration or related roles Strong IT skills and familiarity with ATSs / HRIS Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams Prior experience in social media management related to employer branding or recruitment campaigns is advantageous Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
