What you'll do:

Lead the design and delivery of a modern, high-performing recruitment function that meets the evolving needs of our organisation. Drive workforce planning initiatives, including educational outreach and inclusive employment programs such as ex-offender recruitment. Manage and optimise recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficiency, fairness, and a great candidate experience. Provide leadership and guidance to a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Play a key role in shaping our organisational culture and talent strategy during this transformative period.
