Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices. Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding. Conduct market research to identify trends in recruitment and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organisation. Provide HR support to colleagues across the area

Skills

Proven experience in lead generation and talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
