Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for recruitment and finding the best talent? Join our team as a Recruitment Manager and help us attract, hire and retain wonderful carers and office colleagues!
As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we continue to hire the best carers to support our growing client numbers and community commitments. You'll oversee the full recruitment and onboarding process while supporting the development of our employer brand and boosting local visibility through creative recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with CQC guidelines & Guardian Angel Carer values.
Oversee the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective recruitment strategies are in place.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Recruitment Administrator, ensuring a compliant and professional hiring process.
Work closely with Branch Managers and Live-in teams to create targeted recruitment strategies and build local visibility.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, support colleague development, and champion retention strategies for both CareAngels and office-based teams.
Stay ahead of market trends by researching emerging recruitment tools and platforms to continuously improve our employer brand.
Actively engage with local communities through networking, events, and social media to attract the best talent.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or similar sector.
Strong understanding of CQC guidelines and recruitment best practices.
Leadership experience and the ability to manage a small team.
Innovative mindset with a passion for identifying new ways to enhance the recruitment process.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with social media and digital advertising to attract talent.
