OVERVIEW OF THE JOB

We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Manager who will be focused on recruiting students into all of the schools and colleges within CATS Global Schools Group. Working primarily with agents, you will directly counsel students and parents. The role will involve regular travelling where applicable and is Ukraine-based but can be remote for the right candidate.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Responsibility to achieve an individual sales target Supporting Regional Director EEA & Africa with academic and language recruitment Key Account Management with agents in the country/region Upward communication of market intelligence Will keep spend within an agreed regional/country OPEX budget Training agents, answering questions and resolving issues with current/potential students Counselling students and parents

Tenacious and hungry for sales success Experience in recruiting international students Able to build close and professional agent relationships Key Account Management skills Able to manage a budget effectively Able to learn about multiple products Educated to degree level or equivalent Excellent consultative and persuasive skills Able to "close" sales
