We are very excited to expand our recruitment team at Ion Care and Support Services Ltd.
At Ion, we offer a range of care solutions within the Falkirk, Fife, West Lothian, and South Lanarkshire areas, including residential care, care in the community, and an enablement centre.
Established in 2016, our family-run company understands the importance of enabling each service user/resident to be as empowered and as independent as possible in their home and community.
You will be carrying out the following day to day duties- (Experience desired, however, if you show enthusiasm to learn full training can be given)
Sourcing suitable candidates to fulfill vacancy requirements
Managing candidates from the interview stage through to job commencement
Carrying out relevant safe recruitment checks
Organising training & inductions
Upkeep of admin duties
A Performance-based bonus scheme is available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: 24,603.00 per year (Performance-based bonus scheme available)
