We are searching for a

Senior

Student Recruitment Officer

to join our team in

London

.This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the organisation and execution of an extensive regional events programme at HE institutions, school and colleges, as well as our own ULaw centres. You will be assisting the Student Recruitment Manager with developing and implementing the regional strategy and the achievement of student recruitment KPIs.


The SSRO will act as Line Manager for the SRA in London and line management of Casual Workers (Student Ambassadors and Campus Representatives).


You must be articulate, engaging and able to show initiative - with experience in Student Recruitment.


As our

Senior Student Recruitment Officer

, you will be:


Support the development and implementation of a market student recruitment plan aimed at the domestic market for the London region The implementation of an extensive regional events plan with a focus on data capture to achieve the lead generation targets To support with the implementation of the internal events programme with the London ULaw campuses ensuring the 'Gold Standard' quality and student experience is achieved to support overall conversion. Take the lead on all student recruitment events within UEA, the satellite campus.

Experience of working in a commercial/business environment and managing client/stakeholder relationships Strong interpersonal skills - experience of delivering presentations and interactive workshops to a wide range of audiences Articulate and able to reach across people from a broad range of backgrounds and cultures Highly organised with great attention to detail Able to prioritise, organise and deliver a complex and changing time sensitive workload

Please note: this role includes extensive travel within the London region and some national travel. There may be the need to also undertake weekend/evening work and the occasional overnight stay.
