Our Regional Recruitment Team is looking for a Recruitment Officer with experience in high volume recruitment and bespoke candidate sourcing. You will be responsible for supporting the Regional Recruitment Manager with directly sourcing candidates for various roles across Sales, Logistics, HR, Property and Supply Chain. You will also work extensively in the local market to support brand awareness work at recruitment events. This is an extremely fast paced role where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be able to build on your previous resourcing experience and develop your recruitment skills in a supportive team.

What you\'ll do

  • Active sourcing of candidates via job boards and LinkedIn
  • Advertising roles and selecting suitable channels for roles requiring escalated support
  • Coming up with new and innovative ideas to reach candidates in the target roles
  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager in delivery of interviews, enhanced interviews, and other recruitment processes
  • Screening candidates via the ATS and feeding back where relevant
  • Prioritising multiple recruitment requests with conflicting deadlines
  • Providing Ad-hoc support for the regional recruitment team including projects and reporting
  • Support with managing third-party and job centre relationships
  • Influencing and building relationships with stakeholders
  • Participating at recruitment events such as careers fairs
What you\'ll need
  • Experience working in a resourcing role, with demonstratable experience in active sourcing both generic and bespoke roles is essential
  • Confident in using LinkedIn and various job boards
  • Experience in using an ATS to manage the candidate experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in telephone and video interviewing candidates to assess abilities and suitability for a range of roles
  • A passion for recruitment and finding the right candidate for the role
  • Experience working with external third-party suppliers and collaborations
