Job Description

We are currently recruiting a recruitment officer to join our busy care offices. This job requires a car as you will work between our Liverpool and Wirral offices and you will attend job interviews at third party locations such as the job centre or job fairs. The base of operation for this role however will largely be based in Liverpool.

Please note experience in care is not required however those with a care background and knowledge of HR systems are encouraged to apply

Other duties include:

- Ensure safe recruitment in line with CQC regulations and legislation

-Organise recruitment, onboarding and their HR items for new starters

- Meet HR related targets

- Be responsible for updating matrices, file audits and other HR tasks as required

- Be an ambassador for the company at recruitment events and job fairs

- Support the Recruitment Manager and Registered Manager within their job roles.

The successful applicant will be subject to enhanced DBS check and positive references prior to any job offer being issued.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From 27,000.00 per year
