Bright Futures Care is a specialist organisation supporting young people and adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties, including complex communication, sensory, and behavioural needs. Recruitment Officer

, you will play a vital role in attracting and onboarding talented individuals who share our commitment to providing outstanding care. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging recruitment experience.

What You'll Do



Manage the full recruitment process for new homes and schools Ensure compliance with Safer Recruitment standards and eligibility and background checks. Build strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process. Work closely with managers to understand staffing needs and plan recruitment activity. Maintain and optimise our Applicant Tracking System (insights) and recruitment channels. Use data and insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes. Represent Bright Futures Care professionally, promoting our values and culture.

What We're Looking For



Proven experience as an inhouse recruiter Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Team player Strong attention to detail and solutions driven Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms Experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications:



HR/Recruitment qualifications desirable. Full driving licence preferred but not essential.
