The Celtic Collection is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our Talent and Development team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team while helping us attract and retain top talent across our award-winning collection of properties.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -

Previous experience in recruitment or HR, ideally in a fast-paced environment

IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities.

Create and manage job adverts across multiple platforms.

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.

Attend recruitment events and deliver presentations to schools and colleges.

Support our early careers and work experience programmes.

Manage the Applicant Tracking System and Resourcing inbox.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
