Role: Recruitment Officer

Northridge Care Group is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Officer to join the team, playing a vital role in attracting and appointing high quality professionals who support young people to thrive in safe, nurturing, and supportive environments.

In this role, you'll:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across the organisation, from advert creation through to offer and onboarding. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely, effective recruitment solutions. Ensure all recruitment activity meets safer recruitment and safeguarding standards within a Children's Social Care environment. Provide a positive, professional candidate experience that reflects the values of Northridge Care Group. Maintain accurate recruitment records and support compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the HR team, you will support workforce growth, improve time-to-hire, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safer recruitment practices.

Salary:

Up to 35,000 p.a.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week.
