About the Role




You'll be central to our talent acquisition efforts, delivering a recruitment service that's fast, fair, and truly reflective of who we are. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

End-to-End Recruitment



Manage full-cycle recruitment across Retail, Head Office, and International teams. Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and deliver best-fit talent. Build diverse pipelines through proactive sourcing and innovative outreach. Support international and regional hiring initiatives that align with our growth plans. Collaborate on our long-term recruitment strategy, always keeping an eye on what's next.

ATS & Recruitment Platforms



Be the go-to person for our Applicant Tracking System (Tribepad), maintaining accuracy and continuously improving the system. Own the Careers mailbox and ensure all candidate communications are actioned promptly. Manage and optimise postings across job platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. Track and report job performance metrics to guide smarter hiring decisions.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience



Bring our employer brand to life through social media, career fairs, and online content. Showcase our culture on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor, ensuring consistency and engagement. Ensure every candidate has a positive and inclusive experience, from first click to final interview.

Data, Compliance & Continuous Improvement



Use analytics to provide insights and spot opportunities for process improvement. Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance across all hiring activity. Support hiring managers with ATS training and recruitment best practices.

You'll have the below experience..



Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role, ideally in retail or FMCG environments. Strong hands-on experience with an ATS - Tribepad knowledge is a bonus. Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment processes end-to-end. Confident using data to improve processes and performance. Experience supporting employer branding initiatives and optimising candidate touchpoints.
