Jobs Butler is on the lookout for a confident, outgoing, and driven individual to join them as an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. Key Responsibilities:
Learn the full recruitment & Jobs Butler process, step by step
Manage candidate attraction and pre-screen applications
Source, select, and headhunt candidates from job boards and social media
Match candidate skills to client vacancies accurately and efficiently
Communicate confidently with candidates and clients via phone and email
Advertise vacancies across national and local job boards
Build experience speaking to business managers and directors
Skills & Knowledge:
Confidence and strong communication skills
(on the phone and via email)
Comfortable on the phone
for extended periods
Professional, well-presented, and articulate
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Office tools
Strong time management and ability to
work under pressure
A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Full UK driving licence and access to transport

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
