TSBC are a contract recruitment company who supply specialist trades and labour to the Marine Engineering Industrial Services and Construction industry sectors .

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding trades and labour recruitment team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the talent acquisition process by sourcing, engaging, and maintaining relationships with potential candidates. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in lead generation, applicant tracking systems, and relationship management within a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will possess strong communication skills and experience of sourcing candidates and matching various trade skill sets for our clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct active lead generation through social media management and other online channels to identify potential candidates. Utilise applicant tracking systems Engage with prospective candidates via phone, email, and social media to build relationships and promote current vacancies. Assist in screening applications to assess suitability for various roles. Support the recruitment team with data entry and maintaining accurate records Collaborate with hiring managers and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Assist with external agencies and potential new clients Stay updated on industry trends and utilise social media management tools to enhance employer branding efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation, social media management, or recruitment support roles. Familiarity with ATS platforms is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across various channels. Knowledge of of agency and temp resource markets Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail. Organized approach with skills to build rapport with candidates A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-30,000.00 per year
