We are recruiting for a temporary Recruitment Resourcer with the opportunity to become something more long term!!
We are looking for someone to carry out the following tasks:
- Candidate sourcing
- Initial Screening
- Matching candidates to positions on Indeed
- Managing candidate database and records
- Coordinating/arranging interviews
- Ensuring rights to work
- Liaising with the directors and senior managers
- Liaising with our external recruiters
- Ideally from engineering/electronics industry or similar
