You will be responsible for driving
new business growth
, managing key accounts, developing strategic plans, and securing new framework agreements. You'll also have access to a large portfolio of existing client accounts with the opportunity to increase spend and drive long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business across the construction recruitment sector
Develop and implement sales strategies and budgets
Renew and win framework agreements
Manage and grow key accounts and client relationships
Lead by example and contribute to overall company performance
Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Proven background in
recruitment sales
, ideally within the
construction sector
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
Experience in negotiating and managing framework agreements
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Results-driven with a passion for business growth
