Role Summary
Project Yananai is seeking a proactive and strategic Recruitment Specialist to own and facilitate our end-to-end talent acquisition process. This role is central to our growth, responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for key appointments across all functions and levels, anywhere in the world. The successful candidate will be a master of candidate engagement, a skilled negotiator, and an expert in building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialised roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle:
Manage the full recruitment process for a wide range of roles, from technical experts and intelligence analysts to senior leadership and corporate functions.
Partner closely with department heads and the senior leadership team to understand their unique talent needs, team dynamics, and strategic objectives.
Write compelling and accurate job descriptions and person specifications that effectively market Project Yananai to passive candidates.
Utilise a multi-channel approach to sourcing, including direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and specialised talent pools.
Conduct rigorous screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate competency, cultural fit, and alignment with project values.
2. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipelining:
Develop and maintain a robust network of potential candidates for current and future needs.
Proactively build talent pipelines for critical skill areas, ensuring the project can scale its operations efficiently.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to tap into global and niche talent markets.
3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
Serve as the primary point of contact and a professional ambassador for candidates throughout the entire process.
Ensure a seamless, professional, and positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Help articulate and promote the Project Yananai employer value proposition.
4. Process Excellence & Collaboration:
Coordinate seamlessly with HR, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure a smooth and thorough onboarding process for all new hires.
Continuously seek to improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage offer negotiations and the pre-employment verification process with discretion and efficiency.
Person Specification: Essential Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Partner, or similar role, preferably within technology, intelligence, finance, or complex project environments.
Demonstrable success in managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including senior and highly specialised positions.
Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting talent across multiple international jurisdictions, with an understanding of varying employment laws and practices.
Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools and techniques.
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
