As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Recruitment Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join a friendly and supportive HR team to help broaden their HR experience.

About the role:


Managing all aspects of recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the attraction, selection and retention of high-quality candidates through effective use of social media, proactive sourcing and partnership with hiring managers. Proactively identifying internal talent and supporting employee career growth.

Responsible for:

Write clear and engaging job adverts to attract high quality candidates. Promote vacancies and our brand across social media, job boards and company careers page. Source and engage candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, networking and direct outreach Screen and shortlist candidates, conduct telephone interviews and co-ordinate in-person interviews. Support hiring managers throughout the selection process, ensuring consistency at all stages. Coordinate assessment days and group interviews where required. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records and reporting. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and providing timely, constructive feedback. Manage the onboarding process for all new starters and well structured induction process. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and proactively identify internal talent for succession planning. Work in line with recruitment KPIs such as time to fill, quality of hire and candidate experience. Support the HR team with other parts of the employee life cycle when needed

What experience do you need to have:

Essential:

Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles. Proven ability to source and attract candidates using LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships at all levels. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively. Proactive, creative, and results-driven approach to recruitment. Confident in using HR systems, ATS platforms, and digital recruitment tools. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Desirable:

Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or distribution environment. Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
