About us

InverCare are a Home Care provider that provides Care and Support Services within the community across a number of regions across Scotland 7 days a week.

We can provide care at home services for people with physical disabilities, general frailty, dementia, learning difficulties, palliative care and end of life care. We currently provide services in the west of Scotland, Renfrewshire, Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde.

Our mission is to provide a service of excellence in the community.

About the role

The successful candidate will be crucial member of the team, ensuring all paper work is completed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

What we're looking for:

Someone who is kind, caring, compassionate, professional, reliable and organised Someone who can communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure Someone with a good attention to detail Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Drives 18+ Years Old Good level of English

Duties will include:

Assisting the recruitment officer with all areas of recruitment within our safer recruitment guidelines Arranging Interviews taking up references Liaise with disclosure Scotland undertaking interviews arranging staff contracts of employment managing staff files Operating office equipment This list is not exhaustive
