We are looking for a
Recruitment & Training Manager
to be the face of Radfield Home Care Derby, Ashbourne & South Derbyshire taking full responsibility for continued growth & development of our team of valued care professionals.
You love the challenge of a busy working environment where no two days are ever the same. You're a people person, with experience of recruitment processes, candidate attraction, onboarding, training delivery & community engagement preferably within the healthcare sector.
Role & Responsibilities
Delivering innovative and effective candidate attraction campaigns using a variety of platforms including social media
Building strong relationships with future care professionals
Managing all aspects of the on-boarding process
Coordinate and deliver training sessions
Creating and implementing retention initiatives
Keeping all relevant documentation in line with legislation
A full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
