We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our roster of Referees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and maintaining the integrity of the games. If you have a passion for sports and are looking to develop your people management skills this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Goals is the world's largest operator of 5-a-side centres and we recognise the vital role referees play in the success of our league programme.

With over 130 league teams playing here every week across Monday to Friday evenings, there are plenty of opportunities to fit some evening work into your personal schedules - Work is offered on an ad-hoc basis.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:

- Officiate games and enforce rules and regulations.

- Make impartial decisions and resolve conflicts on the field.

- Ensure player safety and maintain control of the game.

- Communicate with players, and spectators in a professional manner.

- Keep accurate records of game events such as fouls, penalties, and scores.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of the Goals 5-a-side rules (beneficial).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Required).

- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.

- Fair and unbiased judgment.

- Availability to work evenings (7pm-10pm)

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 11.00-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 12 per week
