Job Summary:


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Referrals Admin

to join our team. In this role, you will manage the referral process for HMO properties, liaise with potential tenants, arrange property viewings, and support the move-in process. The ideal candidate has excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for potential tenants, utilising multiple online platforms and communication channels to engage them. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide information about available HMO properties. Schedule and coordinate property viewings in line with the referral team's availability. Maintain accurate records of referrals, inquiries, and viewings, updating the database with tenant information and application progress. Assist new tenants throughout the move-in process, providing guidance on tenancy agreements, property rules, and procedures. Liaise effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on tenant applications and move-ins. Ensure all tenant data is handled in line with GDPR and company policies. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong organisational and administrative skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Professional and approachable manner for liaising with tenants and stakeholders.
