Referral Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone acting as the first point of contact for all booking enquiries
Use of the diary system to effectively & accurately manage the clinician's diaries
Ensure all relevant clinical information is recorded prior to the appointment
Accurate data entry across various systems
Management of multiple email inboxes
Amendment of bookings
Liaise with insurance companies to resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure the safe handling of customer data at all times
General administration
To provide customer service excellence at all times
Role Requirements:
