Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Referral Coordinator Driver to join our dynamic team at Aspect Housing's supported accommodation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating service user referrals, ensuring seamless communication between external support agencies and the referral administration team within Aspect. This position aims to enhance the quality of life for our service users. The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks within the community.

Duties



Refer new service users who need support in improving their independent living skills to Aspect Supported Accommodation. Maintain accurate records of referrals and daily follow-ups regarding service user pickups. Communicate effectively with service user, health and social care providers, and external support agencies about the referral process. Assist service users in understanding their referral options and provide them with the necessary information. Ensure that all referrals include the correct documentation required for housing at Aspect Supported Accommodation. Collaborate with external support agencies to streamline the referral process and enhance the quality of support for service users. Handle inquiries related to referrals, offering timely responses to both service users and referral management. Participate in team meetings to discuss referral trends and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements



Previous experience in HMOs (House in Multiple Occupation) and supported accommodation. a valid driver's license and have access to personal transportation. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with health and social care systems and local council external agencies. A compassionate approach towards service users, with a focus on quality customer service.

Available for an immediate start.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
