As a Referral Coordinator with the Southern Wellbeing Partnership, you'll work in a small, friendly team that sits at the heart of a wider network of health, social care, and third-sector services.


In this varied and rewarding role you'll connect people with the care they need by managing referrals for a range of services, provide advice by telephone and face to face, working alongside health and social care teams. Your role will help individuals to access the right support at the right time.

An enhanced police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered but the Isle of Man Government.
