The Role
As a Referrals Coordinator, you will help ensure that women and children in crisis are placed into safe housing as quickly as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
Speaking with councils, charities, and support agencies to build referral pathways
Responding promptly to enquiries and new referrals
Coordinating assessments, updates, and move-in arrangements
Maintaining accurate records and communication logs
Working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth placements
This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about helping people in vulnerable situations and understands the importance of fast, effective communication.

Experience & Background (Highly Preferred)
We are looking for someone who brings relevant experience and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable women and children. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Domestic abuse support services
Supported housing or social housing pathways
Work within charities, community organisations, or safeguarding environments
Coordinating referrals with councils, agencies, or caseworkers
Roles requiring sensitive communication with vulnerable individuals
We will also consider applicants with strong transferable skills from customer service, administrative roles, healthcare, education, or any environment requiring empathy and clear communication.
Understanding domestic abuse services or housing pathways is highly preferred.
Employment Structure (Temp-to-Perm)
First 3 Months:
Temporary Contract (Contractor)
Hourly pay
Flexible hours (16-37.5 hours per week)
Designed to ensure mutual fit, compliance, and safeguarding standards
After 3 Months:
Permanent PAYE position
