How would you like to be part of an enthusiastic, fast paced, friendly team while making a difference to the children and young people of Medway?

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the Business Support Team as a Referral Information Officer for a period of up to twelve months (maternity cover).

You will be the first point of contact for members of the public and professionals who may have safeguarding concerns for Children.

You should have experience of providing a comprehensive administrative support service to multiple teams. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and be experienced in taking high quality minutes. The role requires good teamwork as well as the ability to work independently to meet the needs of the service

You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths, together with NVQ3 in Business Administration and/or equivalent experience.

This role is subject to a Standard DBS check.
