Duties
Design, develop, and implement digital literacy programmes tailored to different community groups.
Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional methods, including online modules and face-to-face workshops.
Utilise Adobe Captivate to create interactive e-learning content that enhances user engagement and learning outcomes.
Assess community needs related to digital access and skills, and develop strategies to address identified gaps.
Collaborate with local organisations, educational institutions, and stakeholders to promote digital inclusion initiatives.
Monitor programme effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis, adjusting approaches as necessary.
Advocate for accessible technology solutions that support inclusive participation in the digital world.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants, fostering confidence in using digital tools effectively.
Qualifications
Proven experience in delivering presentations and facilitating training sessions across diverse audiences.
Strong teaching skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-expert users.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with community members and partners.
Proficiency in Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning authoring tools is highly desirable.
Demonstrated commitment to social inclusion and digital equity initiatives.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
