Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Reflexologist to join our wellness team in SKON SPA RADLETT. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic foot and hand reflexology treatments aimed at promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on holistic health and patient care. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, along with excellent customer service skills. Prior experience in medical spa settings or occupational health is highly desirable.

Duties

Perform detailed patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans Deliver reflexology treatments targeting specific zones to alleviate pain and improve circulation Educate patients on self-care practices and the benefits of reflexology for pain management and relaxation Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress in accordance with healthcare standards Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Stay current with advancements in reflexology techniques and occupational health practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in patient service, customer service, or medical, spa environments Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to reflexology Strong understanding of occupational health standards and best practices Prior experience with med spa treatments or related wellness services is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively Certification or licensing in reflexology or related holistic therapies is highly advantageous Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion in all interactions
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
