Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Reformer Pilates teaching, with a solid understanding of anatomy to guide clients safely and effectively through Pilates exercises. Duties

Lead engaging and customised Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels Develop personalised programmes tailored to clients' needs and fitness goals Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring correct form and safety at all times Monitor clients' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance Educate clients on anatomy, breathing techniques, and injury prevention strategies Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and well-maintained Foster a motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and positive engagement Keep accurate records of client attendance, progress, and programme adjustments

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction, preferably with Pilates certification recognised by relevant authorities Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of clients In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics to ensure safe practice and injury prevention Excellent organisational skills to plan sessions effectively and track client progress Friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for promoting health and wellness Ability to adapt exercises for different ability levels while maintaining safety standards
